Discover Inzovu Mall

Conceived as a true living space with a modern, innovative design, this new space will offer visitors a unique experience in the country’s largest shopping mall. Located in the heart of the Kimihurura business and shopping district, close to the city center, Inzovu Mall will offer breathtaking views over the lush hills and valleys of the city of Kigali, as well as the iconic dome of the Kigali Conference Centre (CCK).Conceived as a true living space with a modern, innovative design, this new space will offer visitors a unique experience in the country’s largest shopping mall. Located in the heart of the Kimihurura business and shopping district, close to the city center, Inzovu Mall will offer breathtaking views over the lush hills and valleys of the city of Kigali, as well as the iconic dome of the Kigali Conference Centre (CCK).

A sustainable building, Inzovu Mall will use energy-efficient materials and technologies to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions, thereby contributing to Rwanda’s efforts to mitigate climate change. The climate-friendly mall has been awarded the EDGE certificate for compliance with green building standards.

This large-scale project of over 26,000 m² includes more than 10,000 m² of retail space, and will house a BUT store, more than 4,000 m² of leisure and catering facilities, an Odalys
residence and offices.

Inzovu Mall embodies the new generation of shopping centers, with an exclusive offer combining shops, restaurants, leisure activities and services in an environmentally-friendly setting.
